A contract between you and VINTEER for the purchase of our items will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.
Delivery - Duties & Taxes
Vinteer ships products from United Kingdom. You will be charged a fee, based on the weight of your item. When your order arrives you may be liable for local duties and taxes - this could be an additional 10-50% depending on your local customs rules - please check prior to ordering as this is your responsibility.
Conformity of Goods
Vinteer takes every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of its items within the website are correct. Whilst colour representation is a close representation we cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by computers and/or browsers. Additionally, since all items are vintage, second hand and not brand new there will be minor scratches, marks but anything noticeable will be mentioned in the description these will only add to the beauty of the item represented on the website as much as possible in the photographs, ever effort is taken to show a true representation of each item.
